I brisked walked 1.5 miles this morning...trying to build myself back up again for my rigorous treadmill workout later in the week.

Walking, toning bands and maybe the gym undecided at the moment.  I will get it in though.

Today is recovery day for me - no movement in the gym.  I WILL be cleaning my house this afternoon tho - so I get SOME credit! LOL

3 mile walk on the TM for sure, but I will try to get in 4miles if I don't have any interruptions.

I did a brisk 45 minute walk during lunch break .....the heat wave gave us some respite today.  I plan to walk on the treadmill for 30 minutes after work

Ok,

Got me a little over 3 1/2 miles on the bike.  Not much compared to the 20 miles I used to do, but hey, its something right?

I'm taking a few days off due to elevated blood pressure (I'm just stressin' girl) but I will be back at it on Thursday.
